This is a one stop shop when it comes to homebuying. We came here several times to finalize our house shopping. They are always there all the steps of the way to owning your home. *Ambiance*: wonderful place and very welcoming. Olympia the secretary made sure to make her appointment as easy as it could be with our mortgage broker. She offered us coffee while we wait. *Location* prime location on Décarie , lots of space and very easy to find it. You can't miss it! *Cleanliness*: It's an old rustic building that use to be a bank and it has that cool feel .. definitely unique office. *Parking* Street Parking lots of parking you just got to find an open meter. *Service*: Best best best best best service. Trust me they really care about you and treat you like family. We had Frédéric Pichette working on our file and he was always following our file each step of the way. He gave us advice everyday and made sure to submit our demande of pre-approval when it looked more appealing to the lender. He followed our credit scores , our down payment fund and our interest rate everyday and finally made the call to ask the lender for some money. He was Fantastic! Fred is a HARD worker and he deserves all the credit. We used Michelle Marciano, one of the agents here and wanted to keep it all in the same building. She was absolutely AMAZING! She's tough and fast she work very fast. She made sure we got the house we wanted. I'm very grateful for this wonderful team and wonderful experience. House shopping here was smooth sailing and it's something that can be very stressful. North East Mortgages takes care of everything. They take all the stress away from the process. *Cost*: It doesn't cost you Anything upfront..as their fee is handled through the back end with the mortgage of the house and the banks/lenders. *Overall Star Rating* 5+++++++++++++ I can't recommend them enough for all their hard work and dedication! If you're in search of buying a home trust me just give them a call they are amazing almost hard to believe how great they work with us for everything. 100% will be back again in 5 years when It's time to remortgage haha

I have written a lot of business reviews because I believe in democratizing markets were hard working honest companies rise to the top while fraudsters and charlatans sink to the bottom. Bad reviews are difficult to write but this review is probably the most difficult yet. Words simply can not describe my immense gratitude for North East Mortgages. We worked with Ms. Muriel Benisti as our Mortgage Broker and Ms. Michelle Marciano as our Real Estate Broker to find our new home. Our home purchase was very difficult because we were moving from Ontario to Quebec. We worked with the staff of North East Mortgages for over six months. At all times they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and above all understanding and supportive as our family faced some serious challenges. Regardless of the difficulties posed by the distance of our relocation North East Mortgages managed to find and secure our dream home. I've worked with Terry, Merav, Danny for my mortgages, Eleni and Michelle as my agents and Anton as my financial and insurance broker and i couldn't have asked for better. Terry and the gang helped me figure out the best possible solution concerning my mortgage and set me up with a great lender. Eleni and Michelle helped me find my amazing condo downtown Anton was amazing and made me realize that my old insurance plan was a ticking time bomb and found a plan that made perfect sense for me and saved me 100$/month! A+++ for everything across the board...from customer service to deliverance! Read below if you want to know exactly why. Few years back I was hesitant to deal with a mortgage broker, as I believed that their primary focus was to work in favor of the banks instead of the customer. Terry & his crew could not have proven me more wrong!!! Not only did they show me that their priority is their CUSTOMER instead of the banks, but it was done through actual results rather then just empty promises. When it comes to business I am known to be a very hard guy to please, but North East Mortgages absolutely went ABOVE & BEYOND any expectations I had. As far as I'm concerned, anyone moving forward with any financial services without at least consulting with Terry & his team first is at the losing end of the table. Trust me, you won't regret it.
